Support policies

We take pride in offering great customer support for our products.  There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:

  • We will support all product issues for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We may not offer free support for products which have been significantly altered.

If you have problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
