Once we receive all of your requested information (older resume if you have one, completed client questionnaire, job target information, links etc.) we will begin writing your first rough draft. The process typically takes from 1-3 days. Executive level resumes and CVs may take a little longer. The rough draft will be sent to you for your review/comments/revisions - along with proofreading instructions. The number of revisions depends upon which package you purchase.
No. All of our work is uniquely written to fit each client. We take pride in writing custom resumes! Additionally, templates often do not make it through the electronic processing systems many companies use to filter resumes. We want to make sure you get the interview!
Yes. We want our clients to be involved throughout the process. We want you to provide us with your input on insertions, deletions and changes. The documents belong to you!
We are solely an online/digital company so we are available to be contacted through email, texting, chat, and phone. We do not work on Sunday but you can still contact us to receive a reply the following Monday. We are headquartered in Texas but we have written for clients all over the globe so don’t hesitate to contact us but please allow for time zone differences to get a reply.
Not having a resume makes the process a little more difficult, but we realize that many people may not have needed one for many reasons. We have written resumes without a previous resume. It is very important that you take the time to complete our questionnaire and provide us with as much information as possible. We will probably need to have more client/writer communication throughout the process so we get it right!
